"Around 12.45pm on Sunday 15 March, fire crews were called to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction between Trafford Road and Broadway in Salford.
"Two fire engines from Salford and Moss Side stations were quickly mobilised to the incident, which involved a car and two pedestrians.
"Firefighters assisted paramedics in treating the pedestrians, who were both taken to hospital by North West Ambulance Service, and helped make the area safe. Fire crews were in attendance for about an hour." The Daily Express has also contacted Greater Manchester Police.
