Jack Osbourne and his wife Aree have welcomed their newborn daughter into the world.
The couple have chosen to name the infant after Jack's late father Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away aged 76 in July last year. Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the pair shared the joyful news accompanied by a black and white photograph of their little one.
The baby is pictured alongside a "Hello world" card confirming she was born on Thursday March 5. She has been named Ozzy Matilda Osbourne, a touching tribute to her rockstar grandfather, who was beloved by millions as The Prince of Darkness.
Jack, 40, shared on his Instagram Story: "She's arrived and she's perfect' as friends and fans rushed to the comments to send their congratulations."
Fans have flooded the couple's social media with heartfelt messages of congratulation.

Ozzy passed away just 17 days after performing a farewell concert with his legendary band Black Sabbath in England, which saw Jack and the entire Osbourne family make the journey from Los Angeles to Birmingham. Jack and Aree subsequently announced they were expecting their second child together in December, shortly after Jack's appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!
Jack and Aree, who tied the knot at the San Ysidro Ranch in California in September 2023, are already parents to three year old daughter Maple. Jack also has three daughters from his previous marriage to first wife Lisa Stelly, which came to an end in 2019.
Speaking to The Sun, the media personality, who hails from London, discussed preparing to welcome his fifth child.

He explained: "We're super excited. It was sort of planned, I should say. It was maybe a little earlier than expected. But it's definitely something that we were wanting to pursue and somehow it happened, miraculously."
Jack got engaged to Aree, an interior designer, in December 2021. Praising her at the time, Jack, a podcaster, remarked: "Her step-mom skills make my heart so full."
The social media announcement was flooded with delighted comments and congratulations from supporters and celebrity friends.

Jack attributed Aree - and the pregnancy - with assisting him through the grief of losing his father.
He told the Sun: "I think it's been partly a healthy distraction, partly healing - probably in that kind of 'full cycle' category, in a weird way. It's very much taken energy out of the grieving side of things and parked in a bit more hopefulness."
The baby's arrival follows just days after Jack discussed his father's final weeks before his passing.
During an appearance on the HATE TO BREAK IT TO YA podcast where he looked back on the closing weeks of his father's life, Jack revealed a conversation he had with Ozzy the evening after the Sabbath farewell performance that left him with a heartbreaking realisation.
