The BBC star explained: "Today, I woke up feeling a lot better. Still quite sniffily, but nothing this sunshine isn't going to fix."

This comes just days after the dancer was forced to address a follower who felt like she had been "pregnant forever" and shared this on an Instagram post with highlights from her week.
