Old Queen Street has been closed with all buildings evacuated as police lock down the road. According to social media reports, the Central London road was shut off at around 4pm on Monday. Images shared on X show the cordon in place with a police car at the other end of the street.

Guido Fawkes posted: "All buildings on Old Queen Street evacuated, police have closed the road." Followed by: "Old Queen Street closed, police on the scene." The nature of the incident is not yet clear.
