Officers have cordoned off a police station this afternoon, and an Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit was called to the scene. 

The police station on Broadbury Road in Bristol has been partially evacuated this afternoon as a precaution, after a member of the public handed in what appeared to be a hand granade, Avon and Somerset Police said.
