Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is bound to have one major regret even though he still hasn't apologised for his links to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, a royal expert has said. Andrew, who has always strongly denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein, has now moved from the Royal Lodge on the Windsor estate to a considerably smaller home at Sandringham.
It comes as Andrew has been named in the latest batch of Epstein files, although being mentioned or pictured in the documents is not an indicator of any wrongdoing. Andrew has always strongly denied any wrongdoing and accusations against him in relation to Jeffrey Epstein. Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond said Andrew seems unbothered by the optics of the files, saying: "You’d think he’d be feeling humbled, at the very least. But, judging by his jovial behaviour riding and driving around Windsor Great Park in the past few days, he is as arrogant and tone deaf as ever. " However, speaking to the Mirror, she added: "He has still failed to show contrition for his friendship with Epstein, or apologise to the victims. He must, however, regret the effect all of this has had on his family."
