A health expert has made startling claims that Donald Trump may have just four months to live, suggesting his brain is deteriorating.
Licensed physical therapist Adam James discussed the speculation surrounding the president's health during an interview with US politics commentator David Packman. Since Trump returned to office last year, peculiar bruises have frequently appeared on his hands - often inadequately concealed with makeup - and he has occasionally seemed disoriented.
Trump's recent public addresses have also been notably rambling and incoherent. His lengthy speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos last month was particularly difficult to follow.
There have also been instances where he appeared to doze off in public or seemed unsteady when facing the media.
Throughout the Davos address, Trump displayed considerable confusion, at one point mixing up Greenland and Iceland. The president would lose his train of thought before seemingly regaining focus, only to launch into an entirely unrelated topic.

James believes these wandering thought patterns indicate declining health. "That's all tied together," he said.
"The frontal lobe alerts us to when we're doing something we shouldn't be doing.
"His frontal lobe is shrinking inside his skull, and the MRIs will show this. That's why [the Trump administration] has pivoted to the CT scans, because they don't want you to see that his brain is shrinking.
"So, the frontal lobe is stopping him from ordering his thoughts."
This was recently illustrated when Trump discussed a classified US military 'discombombulator' whilst addressing the situation in Venezuela.
"I know I'm not supposed to be talking about this," Trump had remarked, having rather casually disclosed top secret intelligence.
"He knows he's not supposed to be talking about it," James observed. "But his brain is not stopping him from talking about it.
"If it's frontotemporal dementia, then the life expectancy after diagnosis is roughly seven to 12 years. He's been displaying these symptoms since before he was elected in 2016.
"His team's ability to hide his condition is effective to a degree. The main danger they have is he can't shut his mouth. They would never have had to comment about what happened if he hadn't mentioned his MRI.
"Look at Bruce Willis," James said, referencing the Hollywood star who sadly had to step away from acting due to dementia. "He's now been moved to a care facility. His symptoms started in 2022 when he couldn't perform on camera and remember his lines any more."
This timeline would mean Trump would have roughly four years before a severe deterioration, as per Mr James' claims.
The medical expert reinforced his assertion that Trump has four months remaining, stating: "I'm going with what the typical life expectancy is and what his symptoms are.
"Look at the marks on his hands. His team say it's from shaking hands too much. It's nonsense. That's an IV injection site. My guess is that he's getting IV diuretic medication to pull excess fluid off his body, so he doesn't end up in hospital."
