The Grammy Awards 2026 saw big wins for Kendrick Lamar, Billie Eilish, Bad Bunny and Lady Gaga, along with British stars Lola Young, Olivia Dean and Yungblud, and performances from artsts including Sabrina Carpenter, Tyler, The Creator and Justin Bieber. The award ceremony celebrated the year's best in music and was hosted by comedian Trevor Noah. It was held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday night, marking the 68th year of the prestigious award.
But it was the A-list stars looks that garnered the public's attention as celebrities descended onto the red carpet to unveil their head turning looks. While some artists exuded Hollywood glamour others opted for less clothing risking jail. According to the California Penal Code 314(1), indecent exposure is defined as "when a person exposes his or her naked body or genitals in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it." While model Heidi Klum, 52, led the stars in a bizarre nude dress, singer Chappell Roan dared to bare as she went almost topless as fans questioned, "Is this legal?"

Chappell Roan opted to go topless on the red carpet.
The 27 year old wore a custom Thierry Mugler, based on the SS98 couture collection, that didn’t cover her chest or back, as the fabric was held up by just two nipple piercings.
Her collection of body tattoos was on full display in the dress, which she paired with gold jewelry and her red hair flowing down in tight curls.
Fans were quick to react on social media as one penned: "Is this legal?"
“There’s no way that dress from Chappell Roan doesn’t hurt,” another suspected.
