For those who fancy dancing the night away and nursing cocktails from dawn till dusk, this Spanish resort ticks all the boxes, making it a popular spot for stag dos.

But just how cheap can a pint get in this party paradise?

Graham White, known to his online followers as Benidorm Grumet, was astounded to stumble upon a pint priced lower than a brew. At this particular venue, a cup of tea would set you back £1.66, but to Graham's delight, a pint of beer was just 83p – a figure virtually unheard of in the UK.

The 48-year-old, who regularly shares his Benidorm escapades with his nearly 60k TikTok fans, shared a video capturing his bargain find.

In the footage, he pans around the pub, showcasing the patrons and staff, before asking the barmaid: "How much is it for a pint of Estrella?"

To this, she responded: "One euro, one euro for a pint," and he couldn't resist snapping up the offer.

He then enquired about the cost of a cup of tea, learning it was double the price of the pint at two euros.

The revelation had some followers reeling, and a few sceptics even doubted the veracity of his claim.

"People called me a liar and said there was no place in Benidorm where you can get a one-euro pint. So I went in and got one," he shared, proving his doubters wrong.

He hailed it as the "cheapest bar in Benidorm," expressing astonishment at the fact that it was "double [the price] for a cup of tea."

The current average cost for a pint in London stands at an eye-watering £6.50, as per Finder.com's data, with the nationwide average not far behind at £5.44.
