Piers Morgan branded Kanye West a "snivelling little coward" after an interview he conducted with him was interrupted within just five minutes as the US rapper stormed out. The former husband of reality star Kim Kardashian has now attracted Piers' fury again with the "hateful" content he's been posting on his X account - and he's urged Elon Musk to pull the plug on him.
In a Substack video added to X this morning, Piers countered the rapper's previous claims of spreading love, exclaiming: "The trouble is, Ye, is that it's not all love, is it? It's actually all hate!" Addressing him directly, he exclaimed: "It's hate towards everyone, including your family, your ex-wife, towards Jewish people, towards other black people, towards other rappers, towards pretty much anyone you can think of. You've become a hate machine!"
He addressed claims that he had platformed Kanye and given him a voice by inviting him on his Uncensored show, defending that he was "holding him accountable" when no-one else had been - and offered to challenge him in person again.
Furious Piers elaborated by condemning his sending "all this vicious sentiment to a vast audience" and said it was "wrong" that "33 million followers are amplifying everything you say",
"Elon Musk should remove you from X, he should deplatform you!" he exclaimed.
"To those who say, 'You platformed him!', I did because he's not being held to account properly on X he's getting away with this and he's amplifying his message!
"If you want to sit in front of me, Ye, get on a plane, come to London, come to my studio and let's do this man-to-man, face-to-face, and you can be held accountable for your despicable actions on social media."
Kanye recently caused shock when he revealed that he'd had sexual encounters with his male cousin up until the age of 14, and thought that ending the encounters may have been responsible for the cousin's subsequent murder of a pregnant woman.
His anti-semitic rants have included publishing swastika images, claiming he "loves Hitler", hates Jews and is "a Nazi".
Kanye caused further outrage when he suggested the slavery of black people could have been "a choice" on their part, and tried to publicly humiliate ex Kim Kardashian by writing a barrage of toxic comments.
Although he has been suspended from social media in the past, he has also been allowed back onto it again, and has demonstrated he's unrepentant.
On one occasion, he stated: "I'm never apologising for my comments. I can say whatever the f*** I wanna say forever. Where's my f*****g apology for freezing my accounts?"
