A body language expert has unveiled David Beckham's "true colours" after the former footballer was snubbed by his eldest son, Brooklyn, at his 50th birthday bash earlier this week. Darren Stanton shared that in a fresh appearance from David, he showed that "nothing fazes him" as he hosted the first episode of his new show, Beckham and Friends, on Tuesday night.

On behalf of Betfair Casino, Darren revealed David came across as "relaxed", despite the rumoured fallout with his 26-year-old son. The sportsman appeared alongside Stanley Tucci and Guy Ritchie on the first episode of his show, with Darren suggesting that nothing could "ever faze him" and he is "in a good place".

The body language expert shared: "When we look at his facial expressions and overall body language, David comes across as relaxed when engaging with Tucci and Ritchie. He displays genuine smiles.

"His tone of voice was consistent, and there were no instances of changes in his voice, which suggests he’s feeling very comfortable, as if he can take on anything. There’s also no signs of stress or worry coming from him - he’s a complete natural.

"With David, it’s as though nothing would ever faze him. He appears to be grounded and takes everything in his stride with a natural confidence. He seems to be in a good place at the moment, which translates well with his persona on-screen."

He added: "David’s levels of confidence have evolved so much over the years. He used to be very introverted and shy when he and Victoria first began as a couple. In early interviews, Victoria used to lead and take charge as the more dominant one out of the two, especially when it came to answering questions.

"But as time has progressed, David has become a lot more confident and sure of himself. It’s clear he now feels an inner confidence and strength to assert himself in public situations. Despite his career successes and accomplishments, he still comes across as humble and appreciative of his position."

David's party isn't the only event that Brooklyn gave a miss. He also gave the cold shoulder to a familial trip to Scotland. David posted a snap to Instagram, along with his two younger sons Romeo and Cruz, showing them having "fun times" in Scotland, as he tagged Brooklyn with a bittersweet message reading: "you were missed".
