Royal fans were delighted after Kensington Palace released a new photograph of Princess Charlotte to mark her 10th birthday today. The adorable new snap showed the only daughter of the Prince and Princess of Wales looking all grown up while outdoors.

Charlotte's photo was taken by her mother, Princess Kate, on an iPhone during a visit to Cumbria earlier this year. It was accompanied by the message: "Happy 10th Birthday Princess Charlotte! [red heart emoji]".

While royal fans rushed to the comment section to wish the princess a very happy birthday, there were several of them who pointed out how much Charlotte resembled her father, the Prince of Wales.

One user wrote on X: "She has same smile of her father at 10 years old. His mini me forever."

Another one agreed: "Ahhh! Can't believe she is 10 now. And that smile is SO William."
